Kilkenny junior champions Mooncoin will have home county advantage in their Leinster club final in January.
Having put 5-16 past Wexford’s Tara Rocks in the semi-final, the south Kilkenny men will now face Offaly champions.
Shamrocks who edged Maynooth 2-9 to 2-8 last time out to book their final berth.
Per Leinster GAA, UPMC Nowlan Park will host the 2021 final on Saturday 8 January at 1pm.
The winner advances to the semi-finals of the All-Ireland series later in January.
