The second round of games in the 2022 Bank of Ireland Leinster Rugby Provincial Towns Cup took place on Sunday afternoon.
With three local sides still in the competition at kick-off, it’s Tullow who bow out and wrap their season up with a 31-27 defeat at the hands of Dundalk, despite having lead early on.
Kilkenny were 34-20 winners on the road to Edenderry while Carlow had a 16-point shutout win over Navan in Meath.
The third round draw also took place in Newbridge after their second-round tie with Clondalkin and serves up a tasty local derby for the first quarter-final fixture.
