Piltowns Karen Duggan could line out for the Ireland Women’s team today as they face Italy in the Cyprus Cup.
They suffered a 2-0 defeat to Austria earlier in the week so Sue Ronan’s side will look to set that straight today when clash with the Italians at 3.30 pm.
Karen Duggan is in contention for selection, she started against Italy the other day.
The Irish face a tough test against a side that is ranked 13th in the world and seventh in Europe.
Italy also began their Cyprus Cup campaign on Wednesday and started with a win as they defeated Hungary 2-0.
