Kilkenny’s highly anticipated clash with Clare in the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship is merely days away as the countdown to Saturday’s 5.30pm throw-in continues.
The Cats will be hoping that it is a case of third-time lucky following two semi-final defeats in-a-row against Waterford and Cork.
For Clare, the prospect of them making a first decider in nine years is tantalisingly close for their players and supporters alike.
With so much on the line, the biggest attendance at a hurling match since the 2019 All-Ireland final is expected in Croke Park.
You can still purchase tickets if you plan on attending the first championship meeting between the sides at this stage since 2006.
A stand ticket for an adult will cost you €50, a terrace ticket for an adult is €35, while Old Age Pensioners can gain entry to GAA Headquarters for €45 with juvenile tickets (under 16s) coming in at €10.
There are select Centra and Supervalu stores where tickets can be stilled be purchased or you can secure your ticket online by clicking on this link.
If you’re not going, make sure to tune into live commentary of the game on KCLR with Brendan Hennessy and Michael Walsh calling what promises to be a classic.
