Kilkenny United WFC are on the hunt for players ahead of the new season.
With pre-season training underway this month, the club are hopeful of recruiting players for underage grades right through to the senior team.
The club were announced as an expansion team for the 2015/16 Women’s National League season and took part in the Women’s National League until 2019. They now compete in the Wexford Women’s League alongside the FAI National Cup, SFAI Cup and Wexford cups for underage grades.
Now with a focus on building youth structures for a possible future return to the WNL, recruitment is underway for the following grades
- Under 10 team (girls born 2013-2015)
- Under 11 team (girls born 2012/13)
- Under 12 team (girls born 2011/12)
- Under 14 team (girls born 2009/10)
- Under 16 team (girls born 2007/08)
- Senior women’s team (all girls aged 16 and over)
