The draw details for the Carlow senior and junior football championships were made over the weekend.
Following results over Saturday and Sunday, it’s Tinryland and Palatine who book safe passage through to this year’s semi-finals where they’ve been kept apart.
Quarter-final games will be played out this weekend with a repeat of last year’s county final set for the second game on Sunday as Éire Óg and Rathvilly renew acquaintances.

Senior football championship quarter-finals
- Sunday 1.30pm: Mount Leinster Rangers v Bagenalstown Gaels
- Sunday 3.15pm: Éire Óg v Rathvilly
Intermediate football championship quarter-finals
- Saturday 6pm: Grange v Naomh Eoin
- Saturday 7.45pm: St. Patrick’s v Kildavin-Clonegal
Junior A football championship quarter-finals
- Friday 7.15pm: Leighlinbridge v Old Leighlin
- Friday 8.45pm: Palatine v Tinryland
Junior C football championship quarter-finals
- Sunday 6.30pm: St. Patrick’s v Palatine
- Sunday 6.45pm: Mount Leinster Rangers v Leighlinbridge
All senior, intermediate and junior A fixtures will take place at Netwatch Cullen Park with the junior C quarter-finals set for the Netwatch Training Centre in Fenagh. Games fixed for 16-18 September.
