Carlow are the new Angela Hearst Cup Champions after dethroning Kilkenny and District League by 4 goal to 2 at I.T Carlow on Saturday.
Kevin McLaughlins charges were 2 goals ahead in the first half but were pegged back level at half time.
However they pushed on in the second half with Captain Aisling Behan scoring in injury time to give them a 4-2 victory.
Winning Manager Kevin McLaughlin says that his side deserved the victory despite conceding softly from set pieces.
