Of course, Shamrocks take on Ballgunner on Sunday at half-three, but after a tremendous semi-final victory over Castlegar in Limerick, James Stephens is set for an All-Ireland intermediate final showdown with Clonduff from Down.
Speaking ahead of the encounter, James Stephens legend, and two-time club All-Ireland winner with the Village, Fan Larkin spoke about how momentous this is for the whole club;

“It means everything, it is unbelievable, brilliant. I did not think we would see Croke Park for a long time.”
“It really is something new for us. The club is not that long in camogie, compared to Lisdowney and Mullinavat, but it is great for us.”
Speaking before on the James Stephens podcast, Fan had outlined previous disappointments when it came to All Irelands, a timely reminder to the James Stephens team to give it their all ;
“The biggest disappointment was after winning the Club All Ireland in ’76, we were beaten in the Leinster final in ’77. I couldn’t play, I was in the hospital. We were bet by a point, we probably would have bet the Glen (Rovers) in the final, because we had a star-studded team, it was just one of those days that things did not go right for The Village”
