Carlow was due to be off to Stradbally tonight in the hope of picking up their first pre-season win with the final round of this year’s Leinster GAA O’Byrne Cup.
Laois were supposed to provide the opposition after they missed out on a win last week against Meath, they would of been hoping to make home advantage count against Niall Carew’s side who fell to a 15-to-4 point defeat against Longford at the weekend.
With Louth and Kildare opting out of games tonight, there are just two other fixtures outstanding as Offaly take on Dublin while Meath meet Longford.
Tonight Longford will be hoping to continue their winning start to the 2023 season as they take on Meath.
