The draws for the 2023 JJ Kavanagh & Sons Kilkenny Under 21 A through D hurling championships were made at UPMC Nowlan Park on Monday evening.

While start dates have yet to be confirmed, pairings for the quarter-final stages of all grades have been made, plus the preliminary rounds for the Under 21 D championship. Here’s how they look.

Under 21A Hurling Championship quarter-finals

  • A: Bennettsbridge v Dunnamaggin
  • B: O’Loughlin Gaels v Dicksboro A
  • C: Graigue-Ballycallan v James Stephens
  • D: Thomastown v Mooncoin

Semi-finals: Winner A v B, Winner C v D

Under 21B Hurling Championship quarter-finals

  • A: Mullinavat v Young Irelands
  • B: Piltown v Rower Inistioge
  • C: Lisdowney v St. Martin’s
  • D: Erin’s Own v Galmoy/Windgap

Semi-finals: Winner A v B, Winner C v D

Under 21C Hurling Championship quarter-finals

  • A: Kimacow v Shamrocks Ballyhale
  • B: St. Lachtains v Danesfort
  • C: Glenmore v Graignamanagh
  • D: Dicksboro B v Tullogher Rosbercon
