After the drama that unfolded in Croke Park on Saturday for the Joe McDonagh Cup final between Carlow and Offaly, we’re off to Chadwick’s Wexford Park on Sunday for more championship hurling.
There’s a lot on the line here too – a win for Kilkenny and they’re through to the Leinster final next month. A draw, and they’re still through. Defeat for Wexford, coupled with a victory for Antrim over Westmeath and Wexford’s championship is not only over, so too is their stay in the Leinster senior hurling championship as the face relegation to the Joe McDonagh Cup for the 2024 season.
Our coverage begins on KCLR from 1.30pm with Brendan Hennessy, Michael Walsh and Adrian Ronan all on duty for KCLR. The game is live on both our Kilkenny and Carlow frequencies and will be followed by the meeting of Freebooters and Evergreen 46 in the final of the KCLR McCalmont Cup, with updates from the KCLR Cumann na mBunscoil finals in Young Irelands GAA grounds.
