There is an open training session at UPMC Nowlan Park this evening where supporters can meet members of the Kilkenny senior hurling panel ahead of this month’s All-Ireland final.
While the people in attendance will not be able to access the pitch, they can take photographs and get autographs after the session is complete.
Entry is via the Ardan De Gras stand and it gets underway at half past 6.
Limerick will be Kilkenny’s opponents on July 23rd in a repeat of last year’s decider.
Speaking to KCLR following Kilkenny’s defeat of Clare, eight-time All-Ireland winner Aidan Fogarty drew parallels between the Leinster champions upcoming task and that of his 2006 All-Ireland winning team.

Gaelic Football
There are two games in the Cental Under 17 League this evening with Eire Og taking on Rathvilly at 7 o’clock in Pairc Ui Bhriain, while Grange host Railyard at half past 7.
Mullinavat have won June’s edition of the David Buggy Motors Kilkenny Sport Star Award after they claimed a sixth county title in seven years when they defeated Thomastown in the final.
A number of the Mullinavat contingent will be part of the Kilkenny panel that face London this Friday evening in the All-Ireland junior football championship semi-final.
Speaking to Scoreline ahead of that game, Kilkenny manager Christy Walsh said that his panel is in good health despite some experienced players opting out for 2023.
The semi-final in Abbotstown throws in at quarter past 7 this Friday and will be live on KCLR.

The Hoops face Icelandic side Breidablik in the first leg of their first qualifying round tie at Tallaght Stadium.
