Liam McHale has parted ways with the Mayo Senior Football management team after one year with the set-up.
McHale is a brother-in-law of Mayo manager Kevin McStay and the two won an All-Ireland club title with St Brigid’s in 2013 before a Connacht title with Roscommon in 2017.
This year Mayo won Division One of the Allianz National Football League and reached the All-Ireland quarter-final.

Republic of Ireland captain Katie McCabe says they want to end their first ever Women’s World Cup campaign on a high in next week’s final group game against Nigeria.
