The Kilkenny Hurling Podcast

This is KCLR’s The Kilkenny Hurling Podcast.

Each week Robbie Dowling and former Blacks and Whites manager Eddie Scally cast their eye over all the action from the weekend’s senior, intermediate and junior league and championship games as well as looking ahead to the next round of action.

In the first episode, potential new senior champions are under the microscope with the lads giving their take on the teams that could possibly dethrone Ballyhale Shamrocks.

Relegation candidates at the top grade are also explored with differing opinions on who will be playing intermediate hurling in 2024.

The question over Thomastown’s heartbreaks in recent years is posed with alternative takes from Robbie and Eddie while the battle against relegation is also discussed.

They also look at the junior grade’s runners and riders and give their take on what Derek Lyng needs to see for this year’s club players to become next year’s intercounty stars.
