We have four live games on KCLR this weekend.
On Friday night, we’ll be live from Danesfort at 7 pm for live commentary of Bennettsbridge’s clash with James Stephens.
Both sides are coming into this game off the back of defeats in the previous round following wins in their first game. The ‘Bridge came unstuck against a youthful Graigue-Ballycallan on a scoreline of 0-17 to 0-14.

Speaking to Aidan “Taggy” Fogarty following his side’s defeat to Graigue Ballycallan last weekend, David Blanchfield stressed the importance of peaking for the championship.
“So you definitely don’t want to peak too early, and so hopefully the next couple of weeks there, we get up and going now again and then come right come championship.”

The intercounty player also gave an update on his recovery from an injury that kept him out of last month’s All-Ireland final.
“I’m all good, bit gassed during the game, but that’s always going to happen. Haven’t been out there since the semi-final, but yeah, I’m not too bad now. Probably be sore the next few days but we get up and go again there for next week. “
