Willie Quinlan says that the experienced players will be important if Carlow are to overturn Wicklow on Saturday
Speaking to KCLR, Willie says they will look to the experienced players to perform to another level.
“Brendan Murphy in the middle of the field, a real powerhouse, a ball winner, if he can get anyway up to his top performance, he can win middle of the field on his own”
“Sean Gannon this year has been superb. He’s super fit, a great man to carry the ball and played really well in the League Final”
“If they can get the likes of them and Daniel St. Ledger and a couple of players around them to perform and bring that team to another level and lots of young lads but they will be looking for the experienced lads to really show them the way and overturn Wicklow on Saturday”
