Naomh Bríd had an easier than expected victory over St. Patricks in the J.J. Kavanagh Junior Hurling Championship, overcoming their opponents on a comprehensive 2-20 to 0-9 scoreline.
This win puts Naomh Bríd top of the table on seven points one more than Naomh Eoin who are on six, Ballinkillen are on five points from three games with Palatine are on four points from four games.
Burren Rangers will need to win their remaining three games in hope of getting a semi-final spot.
