Eoin Everard is confident of a good showing in the European Championships having had an excellent preparation programme in recent months.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of his Semi-Final this evening in the 1500 metres in Amsterdam, Eoin says it’s all about been ready on the day
“Training is done now, so absolutely delighted to be there, so basically I had my last race down in the Cork City Sports, I beat the Irish guy who is actually going in the 800 metres, so I feel I have good speed in the legs and I have trained very hard all the year, like I was in altitude training up in France, and I have a lot of races done, so it’s freshen up and be ready on the day”
