After a titanic battle in Croke Park yesterday, Kilkenny and Waterford will have to go at it again for a place in the All Ireland Final.
The sides served up a thriller yesterday with Waterford leading in the closing quarter, however a TJ Reid free in the 61st minute free cut Waterford’s advantage to 3 points before Walter Walsh hit the back of the net in the 69th minute.
A huge point from Conor Fogarty on the 74th minute brought the game to a replay after Pauric Mahony had put the Deise in front.
It finished Kilkenny 1-21, 0-24 Waterford.
