Leinster League – Division 1A
Malahide 60 – 5 Kilkenny
Well it was a game to forget for Kilkenny on Saturday last as they shipped a very heavy defeat away to Malahide.
The Dubliners are 5 from 5 and were full value for their win which sees them cement their place at the top of the Leinster League Division 1A table.
Packie Hennebrys men only managed one try on the day as Malahide ran riot. Kilkenny had got their season back on track with a win over Gorey the previous week having lost two on the trot before that.
The lads have a weekend off before hosting Ashbourne on the 5th of November

Leinster League – Division 1B
Clondalkin 18 v 24 Tullow
Tullow go into the weeks break top of the Leinster League Division 1B table with 4 out of 4 so far.
Sundays game was a top of the table clash which Tullow were gunning for to show their strength this season.
Reporting below from John Tobin via Facebook.
Starting the game on the receiving end of a penalty try awarded to the home side normally you would say Tullow heads would drop but not on this day.
Tullow got right back into the game, with some smart play and quick ball from both squads it made for a very interesting half with the home side going in at the break one point up 15-14.
Then losing out half William Canavan was a huge blow so the odds were against Tullow. Hard work and determination and a pure want to be the best brought Tullow right back in the game with some fine kicks by Cass O Brien and the big leaders on the field stepped up to the absence of Canavan.
Fitness again stood to Tullow in this epic clash. Tullow have a break now before facing Coolmine away in two weeks time.
