Carlow & District Oscar League manager Paul Dowling says there has been a fantastic response from the squad ahead of Saturday’s clash at home to Kilkenny.
Speaking to KCLR, Paul says the squad is buzzing.
“Everybody has come in. No questions asked. Some guys have been working, the communication is fantastic in regards what you are doing. We train there Wednesday nights.
We get the College out in the IT in Carlow and it’s 8 to 10 every Wednesday and it’s a fantastic set-up, but I tell you, everything about it is buzzing at the moment and especially when you are playing Kilkenny.
It’s your local derby really regarding an Oscar Traynor game and the boys are buzzing, can’t wait for Saturday”
