After a trilling game in Kerry last weekend Kilkenny were just out scored by the home side who still remain undefeated. The turning point came in the second quarter when Kcyms turned a two point deficit into a 13 point advantage when the home team hit a purple patch
With great heart, skill and determination team Kilkenny led by team captain James Butler with three minutes left on the clock and American Professional Matt Van Pelt put Kilkenny 73-72 in front.
On the break Kerry’s American pro hit an incredible three pointer and two more from the free throw line and in the end kcyms ran out 84-75 winners.
This weekend see Kilkenny take on Titians from Galway in the cup in the Watershed on Sat at 7pm.
Kilkenny needs your support especially after experiencing the very passionate Kerry crowd which is surly worth 10 points to the home team.
Let’s make the watershed a place where teams find it a stadium where securing a win is near impossible against team Kilkenny.
