Carlow Senior Football manager Turlough O’Brien is very happy with the response from the squad ahead of their first pre-season training session on Thursday night (1st December)
Speaking to KCLR, Turlough says the National League is a priority…..
“We are getting a good response. A lot of players coming in and we are looking forward to it and I suppose our priority will be the National Football League”
“We would love to get out of Division 4. It’s a very very competitive Division like all the Divisions nowadays. All teams are putting a massive effort in”
“There are huge preparations going in, but we are looking forward to the challenge and the players are very very much behind the county team and their is a great morale and spirit amongst the players so we are looking forward to the new season”
