Venues for this year’s Drive For Liam are coming in thick and fast. It is the county’s biggest table quiz, all happening on air on KCLR this coming Thursday 27 August and going out to pubs and clubs around Kilkenny, in Dublin and in the north of the country with the northern supporters groups.
The KCLR Breakfast crew of John Walsh and Edwina Grace will be looking after things here at KCLR Towers, assisted by a large crew from Kilkenny GAA, club representatives more along with all the scorekeepers in all the venues.

In a change to Thursday’s programme, The Glanbia Farm Show will air 7-8pm as normal with The Frequency and Distant Noises getting the night off.
Build up will start on air from 8pm with registrations in venues from 8.30pm and the quiz commencing at 9pm with rounds running every ten minutes and concluding around 11pm.
