Allianz announce new GAA and Camogie sponsorship deal

The GAA and Camogie Association have announced a new three-year deal with Allianz Insurance. The Insurance giants have come on board as sponsors of the GAA All-Ireland Senior Football Championship as well as an official sponsor of the Camogie Association and official sponsor of the GAA Museum at Croke Park

Allianz have been sponsors of the GAA National Hurling and Football leagues now for the past 31 years. With the new system brought in by the GAA last year which s now has a direct impact on qualification for the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, Allianz have never been so intrinsically linked to the Sam Maguire or Tailteann Cup. This will also coincide with their current sponsorship of Allianz Cumann na mBunscol.

The Insurance company is also delighted to expand their sponsorship portfolio in the women’s associations also, which includes the Camogie All-Ireland Post-Primary School Championships and Camán to Croker. This is the second major investment into Camogie with the news early last week that Electric Ireland would become the main sponsor of the CCAO third level Colleges finals and also the Minor Camogie championships also.
