Kilkenny Senior Hurling Manager Anne Downey says there is no fear of any of the newcomers involved for tomorrow evening’s (Saturday) All-Ireland Semi-Final clash against Tipperary.
Speaking to KCLR, Anne says that all the players on the panel are capable of doing a job .
She said “The panel is strong. Young girls, Aine Phelan, we have Aoife Hoynes from Thomastown, Mary O’Connell came on and Michaela Kenneally was traveling for a while and she has come back into the panel, and Steffi Fitzgerald she has great success with Loreto so our panel is strong, everyone is pushing for a place and we have no fears about which 15 that will start, we all know that they are capable of doing a job for us”.
