Kilkenny Athlete Aoibhe Richardson says it’s incredibly difficult to achieve qualifying times for major Championships as she goes in search of Qualifying for the Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
In December, Aoibhe was part of the Ireland Team that won a Medal in the European Cross-Country Championships and speaking to KCLR she says it’s a good goal to have.
She said “I mean it’s incredibly tough and competitive and I mean for Olympics or those major Championships you have to run the qualifying times which are only getting faster, but it is, it’s a good goal to have”.
