Derek Lyng has been officially ratified as the senior manager for the 2025 season. The announcement came last night following a county board meeting, solidifying Lyng’s leadership for another year.
Lyng’s tenure as manager has been marked by success and consistency. Over the past two seasons, he has guided the team to back-to-back Leinster titles. .
In addition to Lyng’s ratification, the county board has also confirmed the appointments of Niall Bergin and Mark Dowling as the minor and under-20 managers, respectively.
The county board statement also noted that the selectors and backroom teams for the senior, minor, and under-20 squads would be confirmed in due course.
