Bagenalstown Gaels PRO Aidan Coburn says the launching of their new club next Sunday is to celebrate the amalgamation of the three GAA clubs within the town.
Speaking to KCLR, Aidan says the event next Sunday will be a gathering of the Gaels family.
He said “Well the purpose of the event is to celebrate the launch of our new historic club which came into been earlier in the year with the amalgamation of the three GAA clubs in town”.
“We have been so busy since that date just the end of January with matches and meetings and everything, we have never had a chance to get all the Gaels family all together so to speak and celebrate the significance of it so 8th September in our own home, the McGrath Memorial Park in Bagenalstown Muine Bheag, we will be hosting a gathering of the Gaels family”.
