Ballinkillen proved too strong for Carlow Town Hurling Club on Monday evening as they claimed a comfortable victory in the JJ Kavanagh and Sons Carlow Junior Hurling Championship.
Despite having home advantage, Carlow Town suffered a 3-14 to 2-07 defeat.
The next game in the competition takes place on Thursday evening when Naomh Brid take on St Mullins at 7.30pm in the Naomh Brid Superbowl.
