Ballyhale Shamrocks Senior Hurling Manager Henry Shefflin says they have never faced a challenge like the one they are going to face against Ballygunner in Saturday evening’s All-Ireland Senior Club Championship Semi-Final.
Speaking exclusively to KCLR, Henry says that Ballygunner are getting stronger each year.
He said “I think it’s a massive massive challenge for us. I don’t think we have faced anything like this before. A very experienced team, but still in their prime. A lot of them are 26, 27, 28 years of age with a bit of youth there as well 21, 22 year olds”.
Henry said “Any team that has won five county finals in a row so and each year they seem to be getting better and better so to come out of the Munster Championship probably the most difficult of the provincial Championships to come out of so we know and we understand it’s a massive challenge that we are facing”.
