Kilkenny took on Galway in the second round of the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship on Sunday afternoon.
Victory for either side would see them move to the top of the table and take a big step towards making the provincial decider.
Brendan Hennessy and two-time All-Ireland winner with Michael Walsh were on commentary duty as Derek Lyng’s side played host to Henry Shefflin’s charges at UPMC Nowlan Park.
