Billy Coogan is the winner of the David Buggy Motors Kilkenny Sport Star Award for the month of March.
With plenty of good work happening on the local front in recent months, we’re not surprised we’ve seen another nominee and winner from the world of athletics.
The Gowran Athletic Club runner was a member of the Irish Under 17 schools cross-country team that took home silver at the SIABs in March, marking his second time to represent Ireland in the last six months.
Those nominating Billy have praised his hard work and dedication to the sport.
