Boyne Rugby Club Head Coach Graeme Eastwood says they are relishing the prospect of playing Kilkenny in the Towns Cup on Sunday.
Speaking exclusively to KCLR, Graeme says he is hoping the weather will permit for both teams to play at their strengths.
“We have done our homework as best we can. We have kept an eye on their results and as well, they would know our history in the competition.
We won it twice in three seasons and I think it will shape up to be a great game this Sunday. Now, hopefully weather permitting, the weather lets us play.
“Both Teams play an open brand of Rugby. The boys are up for it, we are giving them the utmost respect, and hope they do to us as well.
“We know it’s going to be a tough day at the office, one that we are going to relish and one that we are going to enjoy.
“Everyone loves playing Towns Cup and it means a lot to so many clubs in the provinces and we can’t wait to get going,” he said.
