The Camán Caint Senior Team of the Year nominees were announced on Tuesday’s edition of the award-winning camogie podcast.
Here’s a look at those in the running for the Senior Team of the Year, sponsored this year by Michael Saunders Electrical. Separately, the Dicksboro trio of Katie Byrne, Aoife Prendergast and Ciara Phelan are nominated for this year’s Senior Player of the Year, voting for which is available here until Saturday 25 November.
This year’s Michael Lyng Motors Hyundai Kilkenny senior championship was won by Dicksboro who also overcame St. Martin’s and St. Vincent’s in Leinster to be crowned this year’s senior provincial champions. They’ll now play Loughgiel Shamrocks in an All-Ireland senior club championship semi-final on Saturday 2 December.
