This Sunday, Parnell Park is set to host the highly anticipated All-Ireland Junior Football Championship semi-final between Carlow and Louth. With a 4 PM throw-in time, fans can catch all the action live on KCLR, proudly sponsored by Dan Morrissey & Co.

Carlow’s Ella Molloy spoke to KCLR ahead of the clash, sharing her thoughts on their preparation and familiarity with their opponents. “It’s the third time now, so we kind of know each other well. We won one match, they won one match, so it’s all to play for,” Molloy said, highlighting the competitive nature of their encounters.

Reflecting on their season, Molloy added, “We’ve had our ups and downs. We won our league campaign at the start of the year, then had a bit of a rough time against Louth in the Leinster championship, but we’re kind of back on track now and pushing forward for an All-Ireland.”

Molloy’s comments hint at a well-prepared Carlow side, ready to rise to the challenge and secure their place in the final. The familiarity between the teams promises a tightly contested and exciting match.

Tune in to KCLR for live coverage of the game and support Carlow as they battle for a spot in the All-Ireland JFC final. With the stakes high and both teams eager to advance, this semi-final is set to be a thrilling encounter. Don’t miss a moment of the action this Sunday at Parnell Park.
