Carlow Senior Football manager Turlough O’Brien is delighted with the progression that youngster Jordan Morrissey has made in such a short space of time.
Jordan was named man of the match in Carlow’s victory away to London on Saturday, and speaking to KCLR, Turlough says that Jordan has a great future ahead of him…..

“We brought him really just to make up numbers in the field and we knew he was going to be a player for the future, but he has progressed so quickly, but I mean he is a fantastic footballer, look he is a fantastic athlete as well, the physique of the man, I mean jaysus, he has it every way he has it every way, he has a great head as well, he is very composed for a young fella, he is very very ground and he has a great future so he is in a Carlow jersey”
