Carlow GAA Chairman Sean Campion says he is worried about the upcoming intercounty season.
Speaking to KCLR Sunday Scoreline about Niall Carew’s appointment as Carlow Senior football manager, the chairman touched upon the uncertainty counties are feeling:
“There’s a health and safety aspect here which is more important, you know we have to look at life as more important than just for the sake of running off an All Ireland because some people in the media are shouting and roaring about it for something to do” he said.
Carlow’s Hurling Championship Finals are finished this weekend and then it’s into the football championships.
