The senior football league Division 4 got underway on Wednesday evening with wins for Askea, Palatine, and O’Hanrahans.

Tinryland take on St. Patricks at Tinryland and the same two clubs will meet on Saturday evening in a re-enactment of the 1916 Co Final at Netwatch Cullen Park,
Leighlinbridge host Ballon in Paul Monaghan Park. Rathvilly play St. Andrews in Fr. Ryan Park, Eire Og take on Palatine in Teach Asca.

Due to pressure of time for Clubs to sell their tickets Carlow Co. Committee put back the Cairde Ceatharlach Club Development Draw by one month. The first draw will now take place on Monday May 9th.
