Carlow IT Basketball Head Coach Martin Conroy admits the season has been difficult as they lie bottom of the table in Division One of the National League.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of this weekends trip to Cork to play Neptune, Martin says that despite their struggles, they will stay fighting and stay working hard.
“As regards the Mens team we are literally travelling to games with 7 and 8 and 9 players sometimes if we are lucky. It’s not the kind of league you want to be doing that. We need full strength panels and it came towards the end of September, and we weren’t able to get anybody transferred or registered into us so it’s been a tough time for us, but we will stay fighting and stay working hard”
