Carlow Ladies Football team manager Gerry McGill has been awarded the Lidl Manager of the Month award.
The side have won all four games so far in Division 4, beating Derry, Limerick and Kilkenny along the way.
Gerry has looked after the Tipperary and Dublin sides in the past.
The team’s next outing is a home match against Fermanagh next Sunday, March 24.
