KCLR Carlow Football Analyst Willie Quinlan says that Carlow needed everything to go right in Saturday’s Leinster Championship Quarter-Final defeat against Meath.
Speaking at the end of Saturday evening’s game, Willie says they were always going to be up against it.
He said “Carlow need everything to go right on their day and it just didn’t”.
“It did last year against Kildare, we were always going to be up against it against Meath, they were happy I suppose to get the Offaly match out of their way, they won by two points, but they have really stepped it up, deserved to be winners but they will push on, but they need to up their game if they are do anything against the Dubs”.
