Carlow’s Sarah Alcock is helping raise some much needed funds for Pieta House

With the annual Darkness into Light event currently postponed due to the Covid 19 restrictions, funding is hugely impacted.

Personal trainer Sarah Alcock will be doing her bit to raise money by rowing a half marathon at home on her rower. The challenge begins at 5am on May 9th and goes through sunrise when the Darkness into Light events would normally occur. Despite her background in fitness, Sarah knows it won’t be easy , but she believes she can be spurred on by your support.

Any donation is valuable.

At a time of job losses, grief and restrictions, hope and help are a vital resource for many and with your support that can keep going.

You can donate here: https://gf.me/u/xzcwfu

Best of luck Sarah! https://www.facebook.com/SarahAlcockatFitnessCarlow/
