Kilkenny manager Derek Lyng has made some notable changes to his starting lineup ahead of their crucial clash against Dublin this weekend. The alterations come following their draw against Carlow last weekend, prompting Lyng to shuffle his pack in search of a winning formula.
One change sees Tommy Walsh stepping into the fray, replacing Killian Doyle. Doyle’s dismissal in the previous game has paved the way for Walsh’s return. In the heart of the team, Paddy Deegan assumes the captaincy role, taking over from Darragh Corcoran in the centre of the half-back line.
Another adjustment sees Jordon Molloy making way for Mikey Carey in the midfield partnership alongside Cian Kenny. The only casualty from in the forward line from the previous match is Billy Ryan, who has been replaced by Eoin Cody.
