Dicksboro Senior Hurling Manager Mark Dowling says that Cillian Buckley was left out of their side which won against Clara as a precautionary measure last weekend.
Buckley had a bruised knee coming into the game, and speaking to KCLR, Mark says that he needed to be rested.
“Cillian is fine, it’s more precautionary for his sake.
“It wouldn’t have been the right thing to play him.
“He needs a few weeks rest on a medical advice and we have to adhere to that,” he said.
