Hanover Harps Manager Paul Dowling says that yesterday’s Douglas Jewellers Carlow Cup victory against St. Pats Boys keeps the momentum going within the club.
Yesterday’s silverware was the 9th for the club within 5 years, and speaking to KCLR, Paul says they have proven over the last few years they are able to get to the job done on the big occasion.
“We were always known as a Shield and a Premier Cup Team and never came close to winning the Carlow Cup or the League, but we got over the line in the last couple of seasons in both and that’s our 3rd Carlow Cup in 5 years which is the big one to win in regards cup competitions in Carlow, it just keeps the momentum going and momentum going and we have done that again thank god”
