Carlow Ladies Gaelic Football Association (LGFA) manager Ed Burke has announced his resignation following Carlow’s exit from the TG4 All-Ireland Junior Semi Final. Carlow bowed out of the competition after a 2-11 to 0-11 defeat to Louth at Parnell Park on Sunday.
Despite a promising start and holding a one-point lead at halftime, Carlow struggled to maintain their momentum in the second half. A strong performance from Louth ultimately secured their victory and progression to the final.
