Emeralds Junior Hurler Aidan Fogarty says that Slieverue are their bogey team having defeated them over the past few years.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Saturday’s Junior Championship Quarter-Final, Aidan says that Slieverue are very strong all over the field.
He said “In fairness to Slieverue, they are our bogey team, they have beaten us last year, they beat us the year before and they beat us in the League Championship this year as well, it was the last game in the League Championship so they really are our bogey team”.
“I think they are a very good team, they are very well organized, they have really good forwards and they are set-up well at the back as well”.
