O’Loughlin Gaels Junior Hurler Gary Kelly says there is extra motivation to win silverware as it’s the Clubs 50th anniversary.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s Junior County Final against Conahy Shamrocks, Gary says they will give it one hell of a lash in their attempts to win.
He said “This club is all built on spirit and hard work especially the club it’s 50th anniversary this year, and we said by the end of the year, we are going to give it some hell of a lash, we have great character in the squad”.
“I keep on saying it, Paul Phelan (Manager) is a great man, we all love him and we die for him, oh we are under no illusions we have it all to do, we are going in as huge underdogs but you know what, we will give one hell of a lash and we will see where we are at he end of that”.
