Park runs have a hugely positive effect both physically and mentally says David Gillick

The Dublin city marathon has been officially cancelled this year, but that hasn’t stopped Paul Ward and the folks at Paulies Bootcamp.

For the last four years they get together and cycle to Dublin from Carlow, run the marathon and cycle back, all with the goal of raising money for charity. To date they have raised over 120k for local charities in Carlow and they will continute to make it happen this year.

On October Bank Holiday Weekend, folks will complete an early morning 80km Cycle , and then run a Marathon. Paul hopes that nearer to the time will have the Route sorted & will adhere to government guidelines at the time of our Duathlon.

Route & Limited number’s will apply.

To get in shape you can join Paul’s workout almost everyday from 11am on his facebook page https://www.facebook.com/PauliesBootcamp/
